Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle diet plan

This list of foods is what's called grade "A" foods. As if your getting graded on your food choices, there is a list for "B," "C," "D," and "F" as well. I will post those later. This is the A list (Choose any spices you'd like to add, but no salt). If you choose these foods, you WILL see the results your looking for! No guarantees, though. You can still over-eat. Keep on working out. If you haven't started a weight lifting program, cardio program, or stretching program, start one ASAP. Working out, plus eating right is critical for, not just weight loss, but a healthy body and mind! Thank you to - Tom Venuto (natural body builder) for making this list!
