The food was..., and don't eat the sauces or chips :-(

This place was a poor excuse for a mexican restaurant.

The food here was far from great.

The bread was more than a day old in the air.

The chips were stale.

The salad was old.

The sauces were sour.

The only thing good about it was the drinks and the company I had :-D

Yes. It seems like a good place to go out and have a good time. Plus it's busy.

But, for me, growing up in authentic Arizona, there are much better tasting places to eat if you want mexican food!

I think that the population here thinks that this is good, when in fact it is not.

For mexican food, I would recommend Taqueria Mi Pueblito on the other side of town. It might be owned by the same people, but WOW what a difference!
