Carbs for breakfast
This morning I had potatoes that we're microwaved on high for 6 minutes per tater.
I added butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic salt, and rosemary with black coffee (no sweeteners or creamer).
This is a very healthy breakfast. It can be substituted for high sugar cereals due to the energy found in the carbohydrates of potatoes. The reason why cereal is sometimes good for breakfast, is because it is full of carbohydrates that provide energy for the day. Why not substitute the processed foods for something straight out of the garden? It's much better for you!
